- 1big cup spinach puree
- 6-7 garlic clove
- 2 table spoon oil
- 1/2 tea spoon Salt, Chilli powder
- 2 cheese slices
- 1 tomato pieces without seeds
- 5-6 mushrooms,fresh coriander leaves
Instructions to make to make Spinach pasta
- Spinach blanched & make puree. Boil pasta for 3 min add salt,& some oil drops. Transfer into a strainer.
- Now in nonstick pan add oil & finely chopped garlic. Saute it till golden. Add salt,chili & spinach puree. On mid flame cook it proper.
- After 3 min add tomato & mushrooms. Saute it for 2 min & add cheese. When it melts proper, add pasta in it.
- Mix it proper & cover with lid for 2 min. Now add some lemon juice & coriander leaves. Serve it garam garam.
- (We should note the quantity of salt,because we used salt in pasta in spinach & cheese is also salted). Spinach flavored pasta is too much healthy for kids.
- I used boil mushrooms. In microwave I boil it for 1 min.
