- 4 tomatoes

- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- For white sauce
- 1 tbsp all-purpose floor
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup mozerella cheddar cheese
Instructions to make to make Baked Italian Pasta
- Firstly boil the water and add oil and salt and then add pasta and cook it for 9 to10 minutes.Then drain off the water and pour some fresh water.And keep it aside.
- Now for red sauce boil 1 cup water and then take tomatoes and put cut marks on the top of it and boil them for 5 minutes till their skin become soft.
- Then cool down and remove the skin and blend it properly to make a puree.
- Now take a pan add butter,then add garlic and onion and add capsicum,cook it for 2 minutes then add tomato puree and cook it for 3 minutes and then add spices and tomato ketchup and cook it till it get little thickens.And our sauce is ready.
- Then add our boiled pasta and coat it well with sauce and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now for white sauce,take a pan add butter,add flour and cook it till fragrance came at low flame.Now add milk gradually to make a sauce and stirr it continuously to make a smooth sauce.Now add spices and cook it for another 2 minutes.Our sauce is ready.
- Now for baking, take a baking dish,firstly spread white sauce then the layer of our red sauce pasta,then again spread the layer of white sauce,then pasta and finally on the top cover it with cheese and top it with some black olives and sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
- Now bake it for 10-15 minutes at 180 degree in a preheated oven.Our delicious baked pasta is ready to serve.Enjoy.
